Nowadays, many people think that it is useful to change their job often, and others people believe that it is best and more profitable to do the same type of work. The reason why people prefer different types of work is that they want to know more and unlock untapped potential, and people who work in the same job earn better income and achieve more results. In this essay, I will discuss both views and later give my opinion about the matter.

First, many people find it comfortable and enjoyable to do the same things in their lives. Because they think that changing professions will make it difficult to get along with their teammates, besides, they know that it is possible to achieve high income and many successes through one job, and they become masters of their work. . For example, in my experience, I have seen many peers who do not want to leave their current job for a new field where they have to be more punctual, patient and disciplined for long time work and to be successful
On the other hand, people often want to change jobs because they want to learn more about things and don't like the sameness. In addition, some people change their activities in order to have a certain growth in the mind of doing the same thing over and over again and to open up their untapped abilities.For example, people often change jobs because they know that staying in the same place makes them feel uncomfortable and they cannot succeed.

finally, in my opinion, having different kinds of activity throughout a lifetime would be challenging. But this could be more beneficial ti individuals who can enjoy their worktime,can deal quickly,additionally, they can acquire certain types of skills

In order to solve traffic problems, governments should tax private car owners heavily and use their money to improve public transportation

there are many road problems in modern life, to solve these problems, governments should impose heavy taxes on private car owners and use their money to improve public transportation and roads. If the government collects a tax on private cars, it will be a huge benefit to the public budget and many roads, road signs will be repaired and public transport will be improved for the people, but at the same time, unemployment will increase and countries that benefit from the car trade will begin to suffer. This essay analyzes both advantage and disadvantage sides of taxes levied for traffic problems and gives the most suitable solution.

With the influx of taxes, the country will create new stations, roads and public transport to serve the people, which will reduce more traffic jams. Many countries are working to improve public transport, because public transport is safer for people and prevents more accidents, so if taxes are collected from car owners in large amounts, they will be spent on improving public transport and traffic. according to statistics there are more than a hundred car accidents in a day, which leads people to use public transport and for them, taxes should be used to improve public transport service

When car owners are taxed, there are two sides to the coin, people don't want to buy cars, which has a negative impact on the government, companies and people's lives. Every tax has a negative side to someone or something, if cars can't be bought, factories don't work and many people are out of work, besides it hurts the budgets of companies and countries, people's lifestyles become difficult. for example, if a car company does not work, more than a thousand people will be unemployed, and this of course people and company will cause harm.

in conclusion, imposing taxes on automobiles has both advantages and disadvantage. The pro of having a vehicle tax is that it can really help in the development of the republic transportation systems, whereas the main con is that a rise in taxes could see fewer cars on the road a higher unemployment
