Dear: Manager
I’m writing this letter in order to show my dissatisfaction with the poor service I got in your hotel.
I’m Nazirov Zaynibiddin a tourist agency manager who travels different tourist destinations on my work. Last Monday I booked a luxurious room for a day, however when I arrived at, everything seemed to be well organized. All happened with the servant came over for my lunch. He was a bit rude and bad-tempered. The worst of all the heating system. As it is winter in Canada, the rooms should be well-heated, but I felt terribly cold tonight and although I protested against the freezing rooms the worker of duty but he just only promised but I didn’t see and actions. I couldn’t stand feeling cold and I nearly stayed awake till morning.
I believe you will take my suggestions into account and take some important steps to have better solutions. Firstly, it is better to set some training programs for your hotel employees. In addition, you should do some monitoring of fixing the heating system. Finally, I am going to take 25% of my fee as the compensations for inconveniences.
