Dear: Sir / Madam
I’m writing this letter to complain about the problems related to the air-conditioner you sent me as my booking last week. My name is Zaynobiddin and I’m your new customer.
The problem is the generator which should work in a low current of electricity as you said. Therefore, I ordered it. I thought it could enable me to heat my home, but in fact It couldn’t. It has stopped working from time to time as the current is not high enough. As a result, we have been getting cold every now and then. However, it’s not only the problem I’ve been facing. When it is working,it is making a terrible noise which causes us to stay awake at night, but the shop assessment said it wouldn’t make loud music.
I believe you would take these into account and try to help. I would like you tosend my home to fix the air-conditioner. If it is not fixed for better, it would be better to exchange the product to new brand one so that it can work in low current.
I would be very grateful if you could do urgent actions to help my situation.
