- Establish a statistical monitoring, operation and analysis system, expand basic data sources, and integrate statistical information on trade in services from various departments to achieve common sharing. Innovative statistical methods, improve the direct reporting of key enterprise data, innovate data collection methods, expand statistical coverage, and realize complete coverage. Explore and establish the full-aperture statistics on the four modes of trade in services (cross-border supply, consumption abroad, commercial presence and movement of natural persons).

- Improve the statistical monitoring, operation and analysis system of trade in services, establish and improve the direct reporting system of key enterprises of trade in services, carry out direct reporting of statistical data of key enterprises, appropriately increase the number of monitoring enterprises, carry out foreign FATS in pilot areas, and achieve full coverage of direct reporting of service trade enterprises of system importance. Establish a system of information sharing and data exchange among government departments, and realize data sharing of relevant work of the member units of the coordination mechanism of trade in services development.
