Define Tooling
Select from the Command List and add the [TOOLDEF] T1 R10 L35= ENDMILL:
by pressing
the
button.
Repeat for all the tools you require for the CNC program and edit each line to suit.
Select from the Command List and add the [MOVETO] X0 Y0 Z20 by pressing the
button.
Edit the axes positions to suit. This command sets the position of all 3 axes prior to the start
of the CNC lesson.
Use the
button at anytime to save the lesson to your hard drive.
Press the Cycle Start button and the tools should be added to the Tool Library.

Adding a single line:
Position the cursor and enter a line of code:
For example the first line could be the program name.
To add a message enter the text in the
bottom edit box
and click
. The number value is the length of time
in secs that the message will be displayed.
Use the
button at anytime to save the lesson to your hard drive.
Adding Multiple lines:

Paste
a CNC program into the
editor and add a message for each line if required. It is not compulsory to add a message on
each line.

Running a CNC Lesson
Select a CNC lesson from the pull down menu and press the Cycle Start
The CNC program will start to simulate line by line.
Any messages will be displayed in the box below. Simulation will continue after the
programmed delay or the
user can press the OK button
Click on the red line and drag to change the
size of the listing.
During the simulation the user can control the simualtion using the tool bar.
