Introduction
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev chaired a meeting on measures to improve the system of teaching foreign languages on May 6. Several areas of knowledge are determined every year in Uzbekistan, the development of which is given priority attention. This year physics and foreign languages have become such areas. “The time has come to create in Uzbekistan a new system of teaching foreign languages, which will become a solid foundation for the future. Since we set ourselves the goal of building a competitive state, from now on, graduates of schools, lyceums, colleges, and universities must be fluent in at least two foreign languages. This strict requirement should become the main criterion for the work of the head of each education institution,”1 Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
The basis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education (FSES IEO) is a system -activity approach, which involves the education and development of personality traits that meet the requirements of the information society. The activity character sets the main goal of developing the
personality of the student. Requirements for learning outcomes are formulated in the form of personal, meta -subject and subject results. ICT competence of primary school students belongs to the category of meta -subject results of mastering the main educational program of primary general education, which should reflect:
- the active use of speech means and means of information and communication technologies to solve communicative and cognitive tasks; - the use of various search methods (in reference sources and open educational information space of the Internet), collection, processing, analysis, organization, transmission and interpretation of information in accordance with the communicative and cognitive tasks and technologies of the subject.
The use of multimedia technologies opens up new opportunities in the organization of the educational process, as well as in the development of the creative abilities of students. Through the joint efforts of educators, scientists, programmers, manufacturers of multimedia teaching aids and practicing teachers, a new information educational environment is being created, in which the integration of educational and information approaches to the content of education, teaching methods and technologies becomes decisive. Multimedia technologies enrich the learning process, make learning more effective by involving most of the student's sensory components in the process of perceiving educational information. Multimedia technologies are impossible without multimedia educational materials. They allow the teacher to improve the effectiveness of teaching.
Multimedia educational materials mean educational materials, including texts, audio, video and animation elements.
For the effective implementation of active learning methods, a large and serious work is needed to equip a sufficient amount of computer equipment, as well as to prepare a methodological and information base in the organization of the educational process. This will ensure the implementation of active learning methods. The subject "Mathematics" has great potential for the formation of all types of UUD. The realization of these possibilities depends on the ways of organizing the learning activities of students. A math lesson using multimedia learning materials not only enlivens the learning process, but also increases motivation in learning.
Effective use of the possibilities of multimedia educational materials in mathematics lessons contributes to the development of cognitive UUD. [ten]
