The object of the research is the process of formation of cognitive universal learning activities in primary school students.
Subject of research: the use of multimedia educational materials in mathematics lessons for the formation of cognitive universal learning activities for primary school students.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the use of multimedia educational materials in mathematics lessons for the formation of cognitive universal learning activities for primary school students.
Research objectives:

   To study the theoretical foundations of the formation of universal educational activities for primary school students.

   Analyze multimedia educational materials as one of the means of forming cognitive universal educational activities in mathematics lessons for primary school students.

The theoretical basis of the study is the work in the field of didactics and psychology ( D.B. Elkonin , V.V. Davydov , V.V. Repkin , etc.), research in the field of educational technologies and the use of multimedia educational materials was considered by A.P. Ershov, B.S. Gershunsky , E.I. Mashbits , N.F. Talyzina and others. The development and formation of UUD in younger schoolchildren was considered by A.G. Asmolov , G.V. Burmenskaya , I.A. Volodarskaya, OA Karabanova, N.G. Sapmina and others.

1.1. Definition of the concept of universal learning activities, functions, characteristics
The Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education establishes requirements for the results of students who have mastered the basic educational program of primary general education:
