Conclusion
Based on the above, the following conclusions can be drawn. Universal learning activities (UUD) - the ability to learn, that is, a person's ability to improve himself through the assimilation of new social experience. UUD in the educational process of the school act as personal and meta -subject results of mastering by students of the main educational program of the corresponding level of general education. Since UUDs are related to personal and meta -subject results of mastering the main general education program, their mastering cannot be attributed exclusively to a specific academic subject. The leading role in the formation of UUD is played by the selection of content, the development of a specific set of the most effective, vivid and interesting learning tasks for students. For the development of cognitive skills in each lesson, it is necessary, first of all, to involve each student in the work, to ensure interest in learning new things. This can be done through multimedia learning materials. Multimedia educational materials are educational materials that include printed, audio, video or animation elements contained on computer storage media. Today there are three different understandings of the word multimedia: the first is “multimedia as an idea”; the second meaning of multimedia is equipment that allows you to work with information of various nature; the third meaning of multimedia is “multimedia product. Multimedia educational materials are a promising didactic tool that, under certain conditions, can significantly increase the effectiveness of the educational process. Students search for the necessary information, demonstrate the ability to apply various methods of information search. The main conditions are taking into account the individual characteristics of the student, his level of competence and motivation, the correspondence of educational needs and learning objectives. These conditions must be taken into account when designing and creating multimedia products for educational purposes, clearly defining the target group for which this didactic tool is being created. The use of multimedia materials in the educational process requires the definition of appropriate pedagogical technologies. Lessons using multimedia educational materials not only expand and consolidate the acquired knowledge, but also significantly increase the creative and intellectual potential of students. Since younger students form the operations of analysis, comparison, classification, bringing under the concept, deducing the correspondence. The system of work on the formation of cognitive UUD using multimedia educational materials allows you to activate the creative activity of students, develop an active life position, form a creative personality, teaches you to establish cause-and-effect relationships, build logical chains of reasoning, put forward hypotheses and justify them. Activities based on multimedia educational materials are focused on the formation of skills to conduct: observations, educational experiment, work out the information received. But the main result of the use of multimedia educational materials is the activation of the cognitive activity of students, their cognitive independence, that is, the formation of cognitive universal educational activities. A modern teacher is simply obliged to be able to work with modern teaching aids, if only in order to ensure one of the most important rights of students - the right to quality education. Today, a teacher operating within the framework of the usual "chalk technology" is significantly inferior to his colleagues who conduct classes using a multimedia projector, an electronic whiteboard and a computer that provides Internet access. Thus, the use of multimedia educational materials in mathematics lessons for the formation of cognitive universal learning activities for primary school students is substantiated. The tasks of the course work are solved, the goal is realized. In the graduation research, it is planned to create a Collection of multimedia educational materials for the formation of cognitive universal educational activities for primary school students on any topic.
