calms me down and help me to relax
whereas sunny
days or hot weather
make me tired and I don’t feel like doing anything. I get sweat
and feel
lethargic if it is sunny. So, wet weather is more preferable for me.
2. What do you do on rainy days?
I usually prefer to stay inside,
sipping hot coffee and
enjoying an interesting book.
I may also want to only watch people through my window and listen to my favorite
music. So, yeah it depends my mood.
3. Is there any part in your country where it doesn’t rain much?
I don’t really know, I suppose all parts of Uzbekistan receive the same amount of
precipitation per year,
what I know is countries which
are situated near equator
usually have lower
levels of rainfall compared to the ones located near seas, lakes
or other types of water resources.
4. What do you usually do when it starts to rain and you are outside?
It actually depends where I am heading, for example if I am going to work or
university, of course I don’t want to get wet in the rain, I try to find a place where
I can stay temporarily until rain stops, or If I am not rushing, I only enjoy walking
slowly in the rain.
5. Do you think rain is good?
For me yes, as I enjoy walking in the rain, it is not about relaxing in the rain,
relieving stress, it is also good for plants, it waters crops, I have heard that some
countries suffer from long periods of drought and I don’t think that their agriculture
is good and powerful.
6. How does rain affect life in your country?
So I can say in different parts rain may have both and positive effects, for example
back in my hometown, a lot of rain
would lead to the
unavailability of public
transportation, we had difficulties finding even taxis, but here in our capital city, it
is not the case, as for positive effects, farmers
