Abstract:
Paying attention to the state of territorial development of the
service sector of the republic, one can see that there are differences in the volume of
services produced by its administrative units. Geographical differences in this regard
are primarily due to the level of socio-economic development of the regions, as well
as their demographic potential. While progress is an incentive for the development
of many intangibles.
Keywords:
Service, recreation, infrastructure, medical cluster.
MICROORGANISMS IN SALINE SOIL AND THEIR BIOLOGICAL
AND ECOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Doctoral student at the Department of Biology of Gulistan State University
Abstract:
This study was conducted in the field of the farm “The laboring
land at Boyovut”, Boyovut district, Sirdarya region. For this, a soil sample was
taken from the 0-30 cm layer of the saline field for microbiological analysis and
identification of endemic microorganisms.
If the biological importance of soil microorganisms is based on the provision
of biological nitrogen for the growth and development of plants (symbiosis), their
ecological importance is explained by increasing the resistance of plants to stress
conditions. This can be seen in the example of microorganisms belonging to the
genus Bacillus. In our future research work, we aim to study the soil microflora
under the influence of the biopreparation prepared from nodule bacteria isolated
from the root of Licorice. In particular, ammonification, nutritive, nitrogen fixation
processes are carried out with the participation of microorganisms in the soil, which
is the most favorable for the development of microbes. Microorganisms participate
in the decomposition of organic matter.
Keywords.
symbiosis, bacteria, gibberellin, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L),
germination, nutrient medium, HPLC, fungi, isolates
