Abstract : The article reveals the main provisions of the legal regulation of
the market economy in the conditions of its rapid digitalization and the educational
models being created that meet its needs in personnel training. The main methods
of digitalization of training in order to create appropriate professional personnel
for business entities are presented. The current problems of mastering and using
various digital programs by professional personnel are becoming a state problem,
since it imposes on the state special tasks of using digital programs everywhere.
The existing models of educational systems of personnel training for specialized
industries with their specific requests turn out to be ineffective and even slow down
the development of economic relations, since in the end they do not satisfy the
personnel demands of the digital economy.
