Abstract:
This article examines the nature of the digitization process and 
its connection with personnel training. Description of new technologies used in 
the educational process for training highly qualified personnel in conditions of 
digitization. In a specific example, the specific features of personnel training in the 
context of digitization are considered. The relevance of the topic of the article is the 
current 21st century century of global digitization, which is characterized by the 
transition to digital algorithms based on this system.
