из главных целей образовательных учреждений, особенно высших учебных 
заведений. Исследование завершается окончательным решением упомянутой 
проблемы, т.е. мир трансформируется в основном из-за цифрового развития 
и диверсификации, где высшее образование также меняется в результате 
вынужденного изменения методологических подходов, и ему нужна оценка 
критериев принятия решения с надлежащим процессом и обоснованием.

Abstract: 
Digital transformation in recent years has become one of the 
main goals of educational institutions, especially higher education institutions. 
The study ends with the final solution of the mentioned problem, i.e. the world 
is being transformed mainly due to digital development and diversification, where 
higher education is also changing as a result of forced changes in methodological 
approaches, and it needs an assessment of decision-making criteria with proper 
process and justification.
