Abstract:
This article includes current issues in the field of using innovative
pedagogical technologies in teaching food technology. In it, special attention is paid
to the peculiarities of the subjects taught in technical universities, the complications
that arise in their teaching, the development of chemical-technological thinking in
students, and the conditions for the use of innovative pedagogical technologies.
