1. A decision can be defined as a course of action purposely chosen from a set of alternatives to achieve organizational or managerial objectives or goals.
2. It always depends on what kind of situation is. However, I’ve been forcing myself to practice arriving at decisions faster by recognizing that even if I make a less-than-optimal decision, the net result is still better than dragging out the process until my mental resources are drained.
3. Decision-making is “the key to management functions and synonymous with management.” No activity can be carried out at any enterprise or institution without making a proper decision.Decision-making is essential for the entire activity of each institution, from planning to ensuring control, otherwise it will be impossible to complete tasks.If we say that management functions depend on decision-making, it would not be an exaggeration
4. It's true that information compiled by experts from all fields might be useful for business owners and entrepreneurs. For instance, market research reports, industry insights, client feedback, and rival analyses can offer insights that aid companies in making defensible choices regarding their plans, goods, and services.
