HOW TO MANAGE CLASSROOM

Conclusion
In human society, development manifests itself both general and particular. The general is characteristic of all people of a certain age, the special distinguishes the individual. What is special in a person is called individual, and a person with a pronounced special is called individuality. Individuality is characterized by a combination of intellectual, strong-willed, moral, social and other personality traits, which distinguishes this person from other people. Nature has generously endowed the human race: there have never been, are not and will not be two completely identical people on Earth. Each person is unique and unique in their individuality. [8]
At primary school age, it is very important for the class teacher to develop individuality, so he conducts individual work with students.
In accordance with the goal set at the beginning of the study: description and development of methods and forms of individual work of the class teacher with students. I analyzed the following concepts:
The class teacher is a pedagogical worker whose duties include: promoting the creation of favorable conditions for the individual development and formation of the child's personality; making the necessary changes in the system of his education; assistance in solving problems that arise in children when communicating with each other, with teachers, parents; organization and education of the class team. [eleven]
The individual work of the class teacher is the implementation of social and pedagogical assistance to the student, the promotion of mental, psychophysical and personal development. [10]
The individuality of a child is a complex formation, organically connected with his age, sexual and moral development, and the formation of a holistic personality. In this regard, individual work is a very important part of the pedagogical process. [17]
The objectives of this study were: to study the degree of development in pedagogical theory and practice of the problem of individual work of the class teacher with students .; to characterize the problem of individual work of the class teacher with students; to consider the methods and forms of individual work of the class teacher with students; give methodological recommendations on the individual work of the class teacher with students;
It is not easy to become a good classroom teacher. But every teacher can become one, subject to hard work on himself and a conscientious, loving attitude to the task assigned, in the presence of high moral qualities. In the memory of schoolchildren, labor affairs, exciting excursions and trips, school evenings and merry New Year trees, vivid reports and heated debates on exciting issues often come up. Heart-to-heart conversations with the class teacher, his friendly support in difficult times are not forgotten either. Many students do not cut ties with their favorite class teacher after graduation. They write letters to him, ask him for advice, share their joys, their achievements and successes in work, in their personal lives.
An individual approach requires great patience from the educator, the ability to understand complex manifestations of behavior. In all cases, it is necessary to find the reason for the formation of certain individual characteristics of the child. This may be a state of health, features of higher nervous activity, environmental conditions. Various deviations in the behavior of the child at the initial stage are easier to eliminate; later, when they become a habit, it is much more difficult to eliminate them. Therefore, a deep, comprehensive analysis of all the actions of children at primary school age is especially necessary.
Thus, we can conclude that the individual work of the class teacher with students should include: Studying the individual characteristics of students, the specifics of the conditions and the process of their development; Establishing interpersonal contacts with each child; Creating conditions in the class team for the manifestation and development of real and potential abilities of students, the realization of socially valuable personally significant interests and needs of schoolchildren; Providing individual assistance to students who have difficulty adapting to the life of the class, relations with teachers and other members of the school community, the implementation of norms and rules of conduct in the educational institution and beyond; Interaction with parents, administration, socio-psychological and other services of an educational institution in order to design an individual trajectory for the development of students, pedagogical support for socially useful initiatives of schoolchildren, correct deviations in the intellectual, moral and physical development of their personality; Assistance to pupils in the activities of self-knowledge, self-determination and self-development; Diagnostics of the results of training, education and development of each student, accounting for their personal achievements.
The teacher is not limited to the lesson and education only at school. It is also important that the professionalism of the educator, the organizer is to master the largest number of forms of work and the ability to use them to solve a specific pedagogical problem with the maximum educational effect. “Piece-by-piece”, according to A.S. Makarenko, individual education is the highest aerobatics in the work of an educator, teacher, class teacher. To educate means to organize the activities of children. A person develops, forms his skills, behaviors, values, feelings in the process of modern activities with people and in the course of communication with them. Therefore, in order to achieve educational goals, the class teacher must be able to organize a variety of children's activities (teachers call it developing, educating), and for children it is their natural life.
