Based on the facts that Uzbek industries have been experiencing an increase, almost all industries are facing significant shortage of qualified specialists.
Nowadays, the demand for technical employees is so high as never seen before.
In Uzbekistan, one of the most pivotal requirements of industry technicians is to be adaptive to fast-changing technologies and the ability of advanced comprehension in technical spheres. Several national and international universities such as Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent focus on filling the gap and providing with highly trained and educated technical alumni.
Q3. Would there be available funds of the Uzbek government dedicated to a project of an Italian – Uzbek Technological Center equipped with metalworking machine tools? Obliviously, the joint project of an Italian – Uzbek Technological Center equipped with metalworking machine tools would benefit for both parts and contribute to address some of the issues of the industry. The Government of Uzbekistan may allocate funds for training/retraining and enhancing the skills of young specialists, PhD students, scientists, and other interested technical employees.
