SUMMARY The rural economy plays a very important role in society. But now in the field of macroeconomics indicators, in terms of the overall development of the criteria to be unsatisfactory and does not correspond to the natural economic potential of our country. Therefore, in agricultural economics as in other areas of the economy, the state, implementing the structural policies.
