The article provides information on the bioecological characteristics and utilization of species
of sorrel (
Rumex L.)occuringin
Azerbaijani. During the ethnobotanical investigations information
were collected regarding to the utilization of the species of sorrel (
Rumex L.)by
the local population
with a purpose of food, medicinal and technical use. Natural reserves of the priority species were
estimated.
