Date about clover Trifolium L., which is the basis of fodder at the meadows and pastures of
the area have been shown in the paper. 15 species of this genus common in the flora of Shirvan. The
high efficiency and structure of populations of some species have been determined. Food resources
the species most common in the flora of the area have been studied: T.caucasicum Tausch 1200 t,
T.medium L. -839,35 t, T.canescens Willd. 497.35 t, T.tumens Stev. 316,44 t, T.campestre Schreb. 400
t, T.bonnani Presi 114 tonnes.
