SUMMARY POWDERY MILDEW FUNGI ON FOREST TREES OF AZERBAIJAN L.V. Abasova, D.N. Aghayeva

Species composition, geographical distribution, seasonal occurence and host range of the
powdery mildews on forest trees of Azerbaijan are studied. Study of the new collected samples and
specimens kept at the mycological herbarum of the Institute of Botany, ANAS, as well as published
literature showed that powdery mildews distributed in Azerbaijan represented with 18 species and two
taxa belonging to four genera, such as Erysiphe, Oidium, Phyllactinia and Sawadaea.
