Mushaklar, yog‘lar, suyaklar to‘qimalarining majmualari bo‘yicha, kg da diski, molot, yadroni uloqtiruvchilarning ko‘rsatkichlari eng yuqorilardan hisoblansa, foizlarda esa, eng yuqori ko‘rsatkichlarga voleybol, diskni uloqtirish, og‘ir vaznli kurash, molotni uloqtirish, uzunlikka sakrash, erkin suzish (100, 400 m, orqa bilan brass), chana sporti, yadroni uloqtirish bilan shuhullanuvchi sportchilar kiradi.
To‘qimalar majmua ko‘rsatkichlarining o‘rtacha arifmetik kattaligi kg larda 64.61 foizlarda esa, 79.52 ni tashkil qiladi.
Tana zichligini aniqlagach, tana massasining yog‘ qismini (FM) (foizlarda hamda tananing yog‘siz qismini (LBM) (foizlarda) tananing umumiy vazniga nisbatan hisoblab chiqish mumkin:
LBM =100 foiz – FM foiz,
FM va LBM larning mutloq kattaligini quyidagi tenglama yordamida hisoblanadi:
Hozirgi paytda 100 dan ortiq antropometrik formulalar yaratilgan bo‘lib, ular yordamida yog‘lar, yog‘siz va mushak massalarini aniqlash mumkin. Shunga qaramay, ayni maqsadlarda Mateyka formulalaridan foydalanish inkor etilmaydi.
