Human rights.

In the Republic of Uzbekistan, we can see equality and responsibility before the law, regardless of the origin of each person, that is, a citizen. On the basis of the idea of human rights, we can express the main criteria: human rights, dignity, land, and higher values.

Our Constitution contains such provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human rights as the inviolability of human life, personality and freedoms. Moreover, the normative documents adopted to support the activities of national institutions for Human Rights, improvement of the legislative framework of national institutions for the purpose of coordination with international standards once again demonstrate Uzbekistan's commitment to democratic changes.

It is known to all of us that the National Strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Human Rights, recently approved by the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, has also been able to give a great political and legal force to this sphere. For example, at present, the Republic of Uzbekistan has been added to more than 80 international human rights documents, including 6 main contract holders and 4 optional protokolos of the United Nations Organization (UN in the following places), regularly presenting national reports to the UN Human Rights Council and the treaty bodies on their implementation. [3]

These measures confirm the fulfillment of the international obligations of Uzbekistan on human rights, and the reforms carried out in our country will further improve the system of protection of human rights and create a stable tradition in the implementation of the accepted international obligations.

The norms and principles established in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan serve as an important program for building a democratic legal state, ensuring human rights and freedoms. The laws “on public control", "on administrative procedures", "on the basis of Public Administration", "on reconciliation processes (mediation)", "on the dissemination and use of legal information", "on labor migration", "on non-governmental organizations of assistance to employment (recruiting agencies)" are also envisaged by our Constitution – by the interests of human beings.
