Sociolinguistic competence: -to raise awareness of various big animals.
Time: 45min.
The type of the lesson: nontraditional
Learning outcomes:
By the end of the lesson pupils, will be able to:
-do you know what is the color the apple;
Required equipment: Pupil’s book, Workbook, multimedia projector, the DVD of the book, flashcards,
Color papers, a marker, handouts.
Procedure of the lesson
I. Introduction: -10 min
a) greeting and asking some warm up questions
Teacher says:
-Good morning pupils!
-How are you?
-I’m great. Sit down. Thank you.
- Are you ready for the lesson?
-Let’s start today’s our new lesson.
-First of all I want you ask about today’s weather. What is the weather like today?
-What season is it now? (The teacher sticks flashcards regarding to these questions)
-Let’s begin our lesson with proverbs. (Pupils tell the proverbs turn by turn)

b) checking homework-teacher asks some pupils to come to the blackboard and check their homework with papers which stuck on the board. Pupils should say their name.
Activity1
Sing the "The ABC Song"
Start this section of the lesson with the ABC song to indicate that it’s alphabet time. If possible, have the letters of the alphabet stuck around the walls of your classroom, high enough so your students can’t take the down, and point at each letter as it is sung. If not, it’s not a problem, sing along with the song and have fun.
