РЕЗЮМЕ

Затрагиваемый вопрос в этой диссертации является одним самым актуаль­­ным вопросом. Биржевая торговля составляет основу международных эконо­ми­ческих отношений. Вопросы связанные торговлей с важным стра­теги­ческим продуктом как нефть особенно является cамой актуальной задачей. Особенно надо отметить в этой сфере по сравнению с внутренними большую роль внеш­них факторов. Для достижения этих целей, во первых надо вести углублен­ное исследование истории бирж, должна быть показана их деятель­нос­ть и роль на международном уровне. Во-вторых, требуется изучить нефт­яную стратегию Азербайджана и роль бирж в этой сфере, а также, воп­росы взаимодействия нефть -биржа, показать сходство и различия и наконец, выявить все связанные с самым стратегическим продуктом страны нефтью возможные и ожидаемые состояния для оперативного и без потери путей решения.

В ходе исследования было использованы имеющие практическое зна­чение исследовательские работы местных и зарубежных авторов.

В диссертации в ходе исследования для уточнения важных вопросов было использовано ряд средств и методов. Была описана история биржы и проведена сравнения по периодам.

Диссертации по своей структура состоит из введения, 3-х глав, вывода и предложений. Первая глава связана с факторами формирования междуна­род­ной биржевой торговли и особенностями реализации. В первой главе затраги­ваются такие актуальные вопросы как формирование биржевой тор­говли и его особен­ности, цель международной биржевой торговли, задачи и прак­тические особен­ности и место биржы в мировой торговле. Во второй главе затраги­ваются проблемы связанные мировой нефти и рынком нефтепро­дуктов, современ­ное положение мировой нефти и рынка нефтепро­дуктов, коммер­чес­кие соглашения в международных нефтяных биржах и изучается воздействие международного нефтяного картеля OPEС на цены между­народ­ных нефтяных бирж. В третей главе изучены положение Азер­байд­жанской нефти и нефтепродуктов в между­народных биржах, потенциал углево­до­род­ные ресурсов Азербайджана и вопросы национальной нефтяной стратегии, перспек­тивы развития торговли Азербайджанской нефти и нефтепро­­дуктов в между­народных биржах

SUMMARY
Question addressed in this thesis is one the most pressing issue. Stock market trading is the basis of international economic relations. Questions about trade with important strategic product like oil especially is camoj relevant task. Particular mention should be made in this area as compared with domestic large role of external factors. to achieve these goals, first it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the history of the exchanges should be shown their activities and role at the international level. Secondly, you want to explore the oil strategy of Azerbaijan and the role of exchanges in this field, as well as issues of cooperation, oil Exchange, show similarities and differences and, finally, to identify any associated with the country's strategic product oil possible and expected the State to promptly and without loss of solutions to.

The study used having practical value research local and foreign authors.

In the thesis the study to clarify important issues has been used a number of tools and methods. Was described history of Exchange and comparison carried out by periods.

Thesis on its structure consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, and withdrawal of proposals. The first chapter is related to the factors shaping the international stock trading and implementation. The first chapter dealt with topical issues such as the formation of stock trading and its features, the objective of the international exchange trade, objectives and practical features and Exchange place in world trade. The second chapter addresses issues related to the world of oil and oil products market, the current situation of world oil and oil products market, commercial agreements in international oil markets and examines the impact of the international oil cartel OPEC with prices on international oil markets. In the third chapter explored the situation of Azerbaijani oil and oil products in international markets, the potential of hydrocarbon resources of Azerbaijan and national oil strategy, trading prospects of Azerbaijani oil and oil products to international stock exchanges.
