The rapid growth of e-commerce initiatives around the world today reflects the benefits of increased government efficiency, cheaper cost structures, greater flexibility, more services, transparency, and faster transactions. To achieve the strategic goal of innovative development of Uzbekistan, the study of foreign experience and proposed solutions for organizing the rapid growth of e-commerce show the relevance of my research.
Nowadays, e-commerce is the most convenient and easy way for representatives of any network to find customers. Concepts such as Internet store and online shopping have become quite popular in our life. Such sales, which were once a sign of "extreme modernity", today have become convenient purchases for residents, and one of the sources of business development for entrepreneurs.
The importance of the development of e-commerce in the country's economy is even more important. In the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, it is planned to make the digital economy the main "driver" of economic development and to increase its volume by at least 2.5 times, in which e-commerce occupies one of the main places.
The aim of the work and tasks. The purpose of the research is to study "foreign experience in the development of electronic commerce", to analyze the factors affecting its development, and to study the impact of the development of electronic commerce in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan from Central Asian countries. consists of developing reasonable proposals and recommendations for the development of the sector in Uzbekistan.
The tasks of the research are to study and analyze the theoretical, organizational and legal foundations of electronic commerce and the factors affecting it; to study the efforts of developed and developing countries aimed at increasing e-commerce activities and to learn their achievements and draw appropriate conclusions from their mistakes and shortcomings; studying problems; consists of developing practical proposals and recommendations for the development of e-commerce.
