Tasks of the research:
Studying the salts and chemical composition of the dolomites of the Dehkhanabad mine;
establishment of acceptable technological parameters of processes of decomposition of dolomite with nitric acid;
study of the influence of the process of neutralization of diluted nitric acid solution with ammonia on the deposition and chemical composition of magnesium hydroxide;
study the processes of obtaining liquid and granular nitrogen-calcium fertilizers by recycling circulating solutions;
Development of a material balance and technological scheme for obtaining magnesium hydroxide from the Dehkhanabad mine dolomites.
The object of the study is the samples of liquid and granular fertilizers obtained on the basis of dolomite from the Dehkhanabad mine, magnesium hydroxide, circulating solutions formed in the production of magnesium hydroxide.
The subject of research is the technology of obtaining magnesium hydroxide, liquid and granular nitrogen-calcium fertilizers.
Research methods. A number of physico-chemical methods, including chemical, radiographic, thermogravimetric and IR-spectroscopic methods, were used in this dissertation work.
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
The high foaming and reactivity of the Dehkhanabad mine dolomites, the duration of the decomposition process has been reduced and the technological process has been improved;
It was determined that technological parameters affect the level of ammonization depending on the level of magnesium release during the decomposition of dolomite with nitric acid, the level of deposition of magnesium in the solution separated with nitric acid;
for the first time, it was proved that the complex processing of dolomite from the Dehkhanabad mine with nitric acid to obtain magnesium hydroxide, and the simultaneous disposal of circulating solutions to obtain liquid nitrogen-calcium, nitrogen-calcium-magnesium, and granular nitrogen-calcium fertilizers;
