GRADUAL DISCLAIMER

If you have never followed the principles of proper nutrition, you are unlikely to be able to make a drastic lifestyle change. Do not hurry. Gradually master the basics of PP: first cut out sweets and junk food, then divide your daily diet into small portions and stop eating overnight. Gradually, the habit will develop and it will become much easier for you to navigate what and when to eat.

Should sweets be completely eliminated? It is advisable to limit the use of confectionery, replacing them with fruits or dried fruits. But if the desire to eat something sweet becomes unbearable, you can afford natural marshmallow or marmalade, cottage cheese with jam or fruit, dark chocolate, jam. BUT! These products should be made from natural ingredients without added preservatives. Therefore, it is advisable to cook sweets on your own, or buy them in specialized stores where they sell products for proper nutrition.
