MAINTENANCE OF WATER BALANCE
Water is the main element of proper nutrition. Without water, the body is unable to function. Therefore, it is very important to drink as much as the body requires. To maintain an optimal level of water balance, you need to drink at least two liters per day. It is best to drink clean water, not tea, coffee or juice. It is better to do this separately from meals, so as not to dilute the gastric juice.
If you feel hungry, try drinking water first. Sometimes the brain mistakes thirst signals for hunger signals. If the feeling of hunger has passed at the same time, it means that the meal can be postponed.
