ABSTRACT
In the article the alloys in the quarts ampules in the vaccum condition have been synthesized
on the dual systems of InTe-Ge, In
2
Te
3
-Ge, InGeTe
2
-Te, InGeT
2
-In
2
Te
3
, In
2
Te
3
-GeTe which
express the internal sections of the thickness trianle of In-Ge-Te directly through the synthesis
method, the samples have been brewed in the temperatures below the crystalization end points. The
alloys have been studied by using physical-chemical analysis methods (differetial-thermical,
microstructure analysis, Roentgen phase analysis, appointment of the microhardness of phases,
appointment of the picnometric thickness of meltings), and corresponding case diagrams have been
made.
It was established that the sections of InTe-Ge, In
2
Te
3
-GeTe, In
2
Te
3
-InGeTe
2
, InGeTe
2
-Ge
are of quazibinar and the sections of In
2
Te
3
-Ge, InGeTe
2
-Te are of polythermical character. There
are narrow hard liquid fields on the dual and thriple combinations basis in all the systems that have
been studied. Quazibinar sections are of simple evthectic type.
Monovariant and non-variant reactions happening on the liquidus surface of the thriple
system have been established by summarizing literature materials on the tops of In-Ge-Te thickness
triangle and 3 internal sections and using specific research results on the 5 internal sections. It has
been explored that there are thriple 6 evtectic points,12 crystalization fields and 2 layer fields in the
form of liquid on the liquidus surface of the triangle system of In-Ge-Te.
