ABSTRACT Biological-hygienic aspects of the spread of metals in the environment
Metals which spread excessively in the environment get into to food products and human body
through air, water, soil and cause a variety of pathological cases which lead to incurable diseases.
Metals that mixed with the atmosphere and waste waters in the form of different particles and
compounds are of a higher dose in soil if they are stored in soil for a long time. Greater amounts of
metals and their compounds in the human body have a major impact on metabolism and cause different
kinds of diseases. The specific effect of metal wastes to human body that pollute the environment causes
diseases such as respiratory, endocrine, nervous, digestive systems among people and it can even lead
to pathological case of senses.
In connection with the breaking of technological process, waste materials affect people much
more who live near the industrial enterprises.
Abnormal accumulation of metals seriously affects the health of the population and they need to
be paid more attention. In this sense, the study of biological-hygienic aspects of the spread of metals in
the environment is of great importance. Finally, it should be remembered that special measures based on
scientific principles are taken to prevent pollution of air, soil, water sources from metals and chemical
products. It shows that this problem still retains its urgency.
