Structure of articles: 
1. UDC
- for publication in Proccedings, the article must be assigned a unique 
classification number Decimal Classification. 
2. Title of the article
- should be precisely and unambiguously characterize the 
content of the article (the title should be typed in capital letters in bold (font size - 
14 pt and is centered). 
3. 
Information about the author and co-author
- surname and initials of authors 
should be typed in capital letters. In case of several authors, name the authors are 
written in a row, separated by commas (font - bold, font size - 12 pt, centered). The 
name of the organization - must be typed in lowercase (font - normal, italic, font 
size - 12 pt, centered). Occupation - country and city, the correspondent mailing 
address (including zip code), e-mail addresses must be typed in lowercase (font - 
normal, font size - 12 pt, centered). 
4. Summary (in Azeri, Russian and English)
- briefly outlines the content of the 
article (2-3 sentences, is the usual font, font size - 12 pt). 
5. Keywords 
- available in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages (5 to 8 
keywords, font - normal, font size - 12 pt).

6. Style of the text
- the font Times New Roman, size 14, 1,5 spacing, paragraph 
indent the first line of 1.25 cm, margins top, bottom, left 2 cm, right 1 cm; in the 
text 
MUST
contain a reference to the bibliography (in square brackets), tables, 
figures, graphics (in parentheses). 
7. References
- after the text of the article is a bibliography used by the author in 
the preparation of the scientific article(font size 12 pt).
