processing and reduce errors in calculating student grades, as well as to aid
in the creation of the assessment recap, resulting in no delay in submitting
the student's final grade to the curriculum. The presence of an academic
information system is expected to aid in the processing of schedules and the
reduction of conflicts. Using an academic information system can make
informing the schedule and student class data easier. The proposed web-
based academic information system describes the process of class
distributions, scheduling, presence recap processing, and student value data
processing, which results in the creation of temporary report cards. The
programming technologies used in this system are:
Python Django in for backend (server-side) programming
HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript and React JS for frontend
(client-side) programming.
PostgreSQL as the database.
Assessment To perform assessment processing, the teacher must typically calculate
the value of students using the MS Excel application, but there is frequently
a calculation error, whereas with the system later, the teacher only needs to
enter the student value data into the system, which will be processed
automatically, and only needs to print the student score report. As a result, it
is quick and produces tangible results.
