We can see that the beneficial microorganisms in the soil serve as the main medium
in providing the nutrient elements necessary for
plant growth and development, which
in turn, is important in improving the ecological condition of the soil. However, their
such properties and possibilities have not yet been fully utilised, especially in conditions
of saline soil. Based on this,
in this study, it is important to identify the types of
microorganisms in the composition of saline soil.
This research work was carried out in the field of the farm “Boyovut zakhmatkash
yeri” in Bayovut district of Syrdarya oblast. So, a soil sample from a layer of 0-30 cm of
the saline farm field was taken with the aim of microbiological analysis and
identification of endemic microorganisms.
Clean colonies of corresponding microorganisms growing
on the surface of the
nutrient medium were separated and identified according to morphological-cultural and
biochemical features [1, 2]. According to the results obtained, the soil sample contained
Rodococcus, Bacillus, Sphingomonas, Pseudomonas
genus
bacteria types and fungi of
Mucor
genus.
In the examined soil sample, microorganisms that grew in high titer were identified
by generation and type using the classical microbiological and MALDI-Toff
spectrometry method.
According to the results of the completed scientific research, it was noted that the
contents
of nitrogen fixator, phosphomobilizing agent, nitrification bacteria and
actinomycetes in the examined soil sample are very low. At the same time, it was found
that saline soil contains microorganisms of biological and ecological significance. These
include
B. subtilis
type. The strains of this bacterium
have been used in agriculture,
medicine, veterinary fields. The strains of this bacterium is importance in increasing the
resistance of plants to abiotic factors, including saline and pathogenic organisms, and in
creating new biological preparations on its base. This in turn can help improve the
biological and ecological characteristics of saline soils by increasing their fertility.
