CONCLUSION
Based on the above, with regard to the general state of hearing reports of the heads of 
territorial divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the councils of People's Deputies, the 
following conclusions can be drawn, namely: 
- at present, a separate line of activity to establish deputy control over other types of local 
executive bodies in the work of the Kengashes of People's Deputies, in particular, over the 
territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, should be fully developed and adopted in 
accordance with the established procedure on the basis of clear criteria, and in this sense actually 
requires a holistic definition of the functional responsibilities of local Kengashes people 's deputies;

- it is advisable to develop and adopt a legislative procedure aimed at organizing and 
implementing appropriate higher-level parliamentary inspections and real inspections of the 
effectiveness of the activities and interaction of the Kengashes of People's Deputies with other types 
of local executive authorities, since currently law enforcement practice is relatively common for the 
cooperation of the Kengashes of People's Deputies with local executive authorities. and the 
implementation of legislation in this area to a certain extent remains on paper; 
- It is important to develop and approve mechanisms for the work of Councils of People's 
Deputies with local executive bodies, including territorial divisions of the Ministry of Internal 
Affairs, in the form of a joint decision (or joint instruction) with full consideration of the activities 
of all ministries, departments and organizations cooperating with state bodies responsible for this 
area, ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Ushbu maqolada xalq deputatlari kengashlari faoliyatini ham tubdan 
takomillashtirish, ularga saylangan deputatlarning o'z ishiga nisbatan sidqidildan mas'uliyatli 
yondoshuvini talab qilishi barobarida har bir deputatning mazkur kengashlardagi o'rni va rolini 
yanada oshirish bo'yicha tushunchalar va takliflar yoritilgan. 
Резюме: 
В данной статье освещены идеи и предложения по кардинальному 
совершенствованию деятельности Кенгашей народных депутатов, дальнейшему 
повышению роли и места каждого депутата в этих Кенгашах, а также требованию 
строгого и ответственного подхода к их работе избранных депутатов.
