SUMMARY
In order to study the effectiveness of the activities carried out
a number of
methodological studies.
This paper investigated the "Efficiency methodological support
libraries," characterized
by a system providing teaching materials the main activities of libraries of the country. The
article indicates that the effectiveness of the system depends on the level
of its organization
and functioning, because the system is working efficiently only when its individual elements
that give targeted science-based management system.
