Rights and responsibilities of the parties.

1. 
   The Parties, in the interests of mutually beneficial cooperation, undertake to build relations between themselves on the basis of honest partnership and mutual protection of the interests of the Parties participating in the forthcoming joint activities.
   
2. 
   The Parties, in order to fulfill their obligations under this CA, have the right to engage third parties as Co-Executors.
   
3. 
   The Parties, by mutual agreement, have the right to make amendments and additions to this Agreement, which acquire legal force if they are made in writing and signed by all Parties. After that, these changes and additions become an integral part of this CA.
   
4. 
   The parties will not in any manner solicit, nor accept any business in any manner from sources or their affiliates, which sources were made available through this agreement, without the express permission of the party who made available the source.
   
5. 
   That they will not disclose names, addresses, e-mail address, telephone and telefax or telex numbers to any contacts by either party to third parties and that they each recognize such contracts as the exclusive property of the respective parties, or they will not enter into any direct negotiations or transactions with such contracts revealed by the other party.
   
6. 
   This CA is valid for any and all transaction between the parties herein and shall be governed by the enforceable law in All Commonwealth Countries, European Union.
   

7. 
   Signatures on this CA received by the way of Facsimile, Mail and/or E-mail shall be an executed contract. CA enforceable and admissible for all purposes as may be necessary under the terms of the CA.
   

All signatories hereto acknowledge that they have read the foregoing CA and by their initials and signature that they have full and complete authority to execute the document for and in the name of the party for which they have given their signature.
