8. Consignment
Participant № 2 may transfer all rights and obligations described and confirmed in this CA № 20.04.2023//01 dated 20/04/2023 to the 3rd party.
9. Final provisions

9.1 This CA shall enter into force upon signing by the Parties and shall be valid for 1 (One) year from the date of its signing. In terms of calculations - until their full execution.

9.2 This CA may be amended (in whole or in part) only by signing additional agreements by the Parties to the CA, which are subsequently its integral parts. Unilateral refusal to execute this CA is not allowed, except as expressly provided by the Law.
9.3 All applications and additions related to this agreement (СА) are an integral part of this agreement (СА).
