nogiron bolalarning aksariyati chet tilini o'rganishda qiyinchiliklarga duch keladi: kognitiv
jarayonlarning yetishmasligi, eshitish qobiliyatining buzilishi, nutqning buzilishi, aqliy zaiflik –
bular o„z navbatida o'rganish jarayonini sezilarli darajada murakkablashtiradigan omillardir.
Ammo bir narsani tan olish kerakki, zamon shiddat bilan rivojlanayotgan bir paytda barchaga
birdek sifatli ta‟lim berish murakkablashib bormoqda. Ana shu jarayonda, birinchi navbatda
nogiron bolalar uchun ta‟lim maqsadi yuqori ta‟lim darajasiga erishish emas, balki psixofizik
to'siqlarni bartaraf etish va sog„lom insonlar orasida yashash imkoniyatini berishdir. Bu borada
o'qituvchi, psixolog va ota-onalarning hamkorlikda ish olib borishlari uzoq vaqt davomida
mutlaqo imkonsiz bo'lib tuyulgan yuqoridagi imkoniyatlarni amalga oshirishga yordam beradi.
