ANNOTATSIYA
Vatanning ravnaqi va uning kelajagi barkamol avlod faoliyatiga bevosita
bog’liq bo’lganligi tufayli rahbarlarda boshqaruvchilik sifatlari va qobiliyatlarini
barvaqt shakllantirish, ularni ertangi kun talabiga mos kadr qilib tayyorlash dolzarb
vazifadir. Boshqaruvchi-rahbar shaxsini o’rganish muammosi kishilik jamiyatining
barcha davrlarida muhim masala bo’lib kelgan. Buning asosiy sababi, birinchidan,
har bir davrdagi ijtimoiy munosabatlar o’ziga xos ravishda ijtimoiy mavqye jihatidan
kimningdir yuqori darajada turishini taqozo etgan bo’lsa, ikkinchidan, insonlarning
hayot kechirish tarzi, ravnaqi, darajasi, farovonligi, baxtli turmush kechirishi, shu
yuqori mavqyedagi shaxsga, uning turli fazilatlari va xislatlariga bog’liq
bo’lganligidir.

ABSTRACT
Due to the fact that the development of the country and its future are directly
dependent on the work of the mature generation, it is an urgent task to form
management qualities and abilities of the leaders early, to prepare them as personnel
suitable for tomorrow's demands. The problem of studying the manager-leader
personality has been an important issue in all eras of human society. The main
reason for this is that, firstly, the social relations of each era required someone to be
at a high level in terms of social status, and secondly, people's way of life,
development, level, well-being, happy marriage, to a person of this high position ,
depending on its various qualities and characteristics.
