ANNOTATION TO THE MASTER'S DISSERTATION
The modern world level of development of information and communication technologies is such that the creation of a national system corresponding to the integration of the world information space infrastructures and the National Information and computing network in the Republic is an important factor in the efficiency of the national economy, Management, Science and education. These problems are much more complex and at the same time relevant for our republic. The results of the implementation of economic, structural and other changes currently being carried out also depend on how and in what terms the problems associated with informatization in the Republic are solved. Special attention will be paid to the issue of maturing a competent generation capable of creative work in the educational system of our country, the formation of worthy individuals from them with their place in society in the future. Communication technologies, on the other hand, determine the methods, methods and means with which a person is influenced by the external world. In these communications, the computer has its place and provides a comfortable, individual, multi-species, High intellectuality in the interaction of communication objects. The purpose of the harmonious use of information and Communication Technologies is the adaptation of the individual to the information society. ICT is becoming the main tool of a person's daily life, and not just professional activity. The main bias of pedagogical and ICT technologies is the improvement of education in various aspects in the current period. Also, the professor in the higher education system makes it possible to further increase the efficiency of work by monitoring the performance of teachers and the accuracy of individual work plans. In order to implement the above processes, it is advisable to develop an online monitoring system for the fulfillment of the personal work plans of professor akiters in the higher education system.
