When completed, the grantee will provide feedback on the REP experience, learning, best 

practices, challenges, and its potential improvement to the PIU as part of the subproject completion 

report.

Detailed closing criteria, reporting and legal and administrative processes are included in 

the Grant Agreement and REP GFM. 

93. 

Hierarchy of Documents. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among the following 

documents, the order of precedence will be: 

a)  The Financing Agreement signed between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the 

International Development Association of the World Bank;

b)  MUNIS Project Appraisal Document; 

c)  MUNIS Project Operations Manual;  

d)  Grant Fiduciary Manual;  

e)  REP Grant Program Manual / Grant Fiduciary Manual;  

f)  Grant Agreement.

Prevailing Language. In the event of conflict between the two versions, the English version 

will prevail.
