plants crossbred from these cotton varieties in the reciprocal method, the weight of 
cotton per boll is 4.3-8.5 g in total combinations. in the interval, the character appeared according to 
which cotton variety was taken as the parent form. 
5.1-5.5 g in AN-Boyovut-2 variety. the indicative class contained the highest percentage of 
plants studied (36.7%) and was the modal class, with cultivar S-6524 having the highest percentage 
of plants at 4.6–5.0 g. observed in class (40.0%). In hybrid combination, the weight of cotton in one 
bag is 4.5 g. from 7.3 g. up to 7 classes, mostly 4.1-7.5 g. and the average indicator is 5.4 g. , the 
coefficient of variation was equal to 13.7% and it was shown that the character of cotton weight in 
one plant was moderately variable. The coefficient of transmission of the character from generation 
to generation was equal to h
2
=0.43, which indicates that 43% of the studied cotton weight character 
in one boll is the genotype of the hybrid form, and 57% is inherited under the influence of the 
external environment. The main part of the plants is 5.1-5.5 g of the variation series. located 
between 32, made 5%. In the reciprocal hybrid combination, the weight of cotton in one bag is 4.3 
g. from 8.5 g. up to 7 classes, mostly 4.1-8.5 g. and averaged 5.8 g. formed 
It should be noted that plants in classes 7.1-7.5 and 7.6-8.0 were not recorded. The 
coefficient of variation of the sign was equal to 16.3%, and a moderate level of variability of the 
sign was observed. Plants are mostly 5.6-6.0 g, with the variation range shifted to the right. and was 
27.5%. The coefficient of inheritance of the character was equal to h

=0.67. It was observed that 
67.0% of the studied characteristics of the weight of one bag of cotton were inherited by the 
genotype of the hybrid form, 33.0% by the influence of the external environment. 
4.6-5.0 g of the studied plants in Namangan-77 cotton variety. we can see in the class, that 
is, the plants in this class made up 26.7%. In the Dehkanbob variety, the highest percentage is 5.1-
5.5 g. was recorded in the class and took 46.6%. In the combination of the second generation 
Namangan-77 x Dehqanbob hybrid of these varieties, the weight of cotton per boll is 4.0 g. from 6.5 
g. plants up to 6 classes were observed. Placement classes of plants 3.5-6.5 g. was in the range, and 
the highest percentage according to this sign is 4.6-5.0 g. was observed in class (30.0%), the 
average indicator of the mark is 5.3 g. formed
