related to educational tasks. This character and behavior helps to form the best qualities of
humanity.
Maintaining excellent physical form, bicycle technique, tactical preparation at the highest
level is achieved by continuing more than one volume. The problem of development of speed-
power abilities of cyclists has a sharp and methodical approach according to the theory of speed,
different forms of high speed are not directly related to the human ability, maybe it is directly
related to the functionality of the intermediate communication zone of the nervous system.
In the training of cyclists, there is also a special physical training. The process of
development of each training determines the extent of the influence of physical abilities not only on
riding bicycles, but also on the result of sports performance.
If we introduce different types of extreme endurance, one of them is a part of an athlete's
extreme physical preparation, and the other is a part of special preparation.
