It is estimated that the optimal age is 10-11 years, so children should be included in the 
training groups for long-term training on a bicycle (on the road, during a race). It is a very 
important process in the preparation of cyclists. 
If, in the process of long-term training of cyclists, the quality of the method is improved, it is 
impossible to cover most of the old things, especially if you don't benefit from the old periods, 
because we can miss the most special periods for the development of qualities. Under the influence 
of training parameters, the highest level of speed increase occurs at 9-12 times, and it reaches the 
maximum level after 13-15 times. According to experts, the maximum frequency of movement on 
the pedal increases in men who are 14 years old. In this period, especially, the dominance of the 
children who were trained on the left hip was significant compared to the children who were not 
trained. If this speed increase is not taken into account, it is possible that it will be difficult to 
overcome the patience that has appeared in the next volumes. 
So many cyclists with strong abilities played a big role in increasing endurance. Young 
cyclists, as we mentioned above, are closely related to the development of their articular-
ligamentous apparatus. The highest level of growth of individual pubic hair occurs in the period 
from the 14th to the 17th century. When you get older, the tendency of improving the strength and 
endurance of the bicycle parts may continue for some time, if not 25-30 years. 
If the students enter the cycling sections at the age of 10-11, they will be devoted to the 
training of maximum endurance, with the use of large-scale training tools. In 13-15-year-old boys, 
he started to develop special endurance in training sessions lasting from 3-5 minutes to 60-90 
minutes and was able to achieve the goal. 
In the experience and scientific results of mature teachers, he emphasized that the exercise 
process should be juxtaposed with science and said that the development of endurance in children is 
the basis of their all-round physical readiness. After completing the exercises, intelligence and 
other methods of physical preparation help to increase the level of development of not only 
endurance, but also speed, strength, and speed. This is explained by the fact that there is a slight 
functional relationship between physical properties. 
In such a situation, achieving good sports results on a bicycle requires a lot of effort and 
purposeful preparation. The modern methods of education are connected with a large number of 
works. In order to create an opportunity for a rapid increase in the number of students before the 
beginning of the period of deep scientific research, it is necessary to develop the patience of 12-13-
year-old teenage cyclists. 
Physiological scientific experiments are also based on the information of medical experts
and some authors, school students, say that it is good to keep physical endurance exercises in the 
system of education. A certain regionalism is a part of the 50-year-old's life, but the conditions of 
childhood and adolescence, and perhaps the development of a special patience, were confirmed by 
all conditions. 
The development of endurance in young cyclists is directly related to the correct training, 
the intelligent selection of training tools and equipment, and the regulation of training loads. 
Cycling sports are determined by the following rules to promote endurance among athletes. 
- early use of general endurance development tools, and later special endurance development 
tools; 
- first of all, there are speed and short-term speed and strength training, and then there are 
complex training methods that emphasize the physical qualities by maintaining the training of long-
term and special endurance. 
The main way of developing the functional capabilities of the body is the transport function 
of the blood circulation and the aerobic indicators of the body, which are responsible for the long-
term, sufficiently large-scale exercise norm.
