measures for the further development of licorice and other medicinal plants cultivation and
industrial processing in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and other regulatory and legal acts related to
this field in the implementation of the tasks specified in the documents, it is necessary to carry out
several scientific studies[2]
It is known that the principles of productivity, efficiency, and optimality lie in the development of
any economy. Cooperation, which embodies these principles and therefore has developed widely,
remains one of the priority directions in the development of agro-industrial relations. Therefore, the
issues of licorice network and its development on the basis of cooperative relations, considered among
the promising directions of ASM in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, were studied. In order to improve
these relationships in the network, the author began by researching the scientific and methodological
foundations of the concept of "cooperation".
Researchers distinguish many types of cooperation, which can be classified mainly according to
the following criteria:
description of participation in cooperative activities (as a cooperative member or associate
member);
according to the main type of activity, specialization;
number of members and related management features.
There are cooperatives in the agricultural sector, which are mainly divided into the following
types: agricultural cooperative, sales cooperative, credit cooperative, supply cooperative, handicraft
cooperative, etc. The classification of this type of cooperation was studied, taking into account the object
of the research, agricultural cooperation, in particular, the licorice network. According to this
classification, vertical and horizontal types of agricultural cooperatives and other forms of cooperatives
were studied and classified. Also, in the scientific work, it was determined that the organizational and
economic mechanism of the network includes the following: development of legal documents;
organizational and production structure; duties; marketing and logistics; labor organization and control;
collection and use of information; planning and forecasting, price and finance-credit issues; foreign
economic and domestic industrial relations, labor incentive system, etc. are presented. Studies show that
the organizational and economic mechanism of management plays a decisive role in the
development of cooperative forms. The results of the conducted research showed that within the
framework of the organizational-economic mechanism of cooperation, the activities of the subjects
participating in the cooperation are intensified and social development is observed, with the
effective use of land, available resources (production and labor resources), innovations. At the same
time, political and legal, resource, organizational, economic, social and innovative factors affect the
effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism of cooperation. In addition, external
factors to the organizational and economic mechanism of cooperation, including the price of
material, technical and energy resources ; credit, tax and insurance systems; forms of state support
and other influences (Figure 1) [3]
