Abstract
The understanding of fiqh, which took shape in Māvarāʾ al-Nahr
(Transoxiana), the most important scientific and cultural center of Cen-
tral Asia, has been a a flowing river until today.
In the history of the development of the fiqh-in general-and Hanafi
Fiqh -in special- especially Māvarāʾ al-Nahr fiqh activities in XI. and XII.
centuries have an important place.
