Dear Parents / Carers

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS - TERMS 5 & 6 2016

As we commence Term 5 we would like to let you know about the clubs that are available to

pupils this term. Please check the list below and discuss with your children the clubs that

fit with their interests and your family commitments. As usual, the signing up sheets will

be in the school office area. We hope that everyone will make the most of these

opportunities and enjoy the experiences that clubs offer. ‘After School Clubs’ will start

week beginning

Children should carefully consider their commitment to attend clubs with the spirit of always giving their best attitude and behaviour and sign up for the duration of the club.

If your child is unable to attend a club please can you inform the office or the teacher concerned as we need this information for the register.

Staff have organised clubs around Staff meetings, which generally fall on a Monday.

However on occasions these are held with other schools and may be on a different day. Please note: Tuesday Clubs will be cancelled on Tuesday 3^rd of May due to staff training held at another school.

If Staff have to be absent on a day with a club commitment they will endeavour to find a cover replacement. Clubs will only be cancelled if no alternative adult is available.
