The theoretical significance of the Dissertation Paper
lies in the fact that it
provides better understanding about theoretical framework for other researchers who are
interested in conducting research on the analysis of the legal texts in both Uzbek and
English languages.
The structure of work – the given Dissertation Paper consists of introduction, 3
chapters and a conclusion which are followed by the lists of literature used in the course of
the research.
Introduction tells about the aim of the research, methods used in the course of it,
explains its topicality, novelty, practical and scientific value.
The Chapter One deals with theoretical background of legal texts or jurislinguistics
and about the history of the study of the legal texts in Uzbek and other foreign languages
and summary of the Chapter I.
The Chapter Two The second chapter is mainly devoted to the lexical-semantic
features of English and Uzbek legal texts, in which the information about this concept and
the texts in both languages are separately reviewed and analyzed. Also, summary on
Chapter II is given in the end.
In Chapter Three functional stylistic aspects of legal texts in English and Uzbek
languages and their complete analysis are presented. The first section focuses on texts in
English, the second
section on texts in Uzbek, and the third section focuses on the
similarities and differences between the texts in both languages. As well as that, based on
the examples taken from the actions strategy, and chosen
examples are compared and
some peculiarities, problems and difficulties were analyzed.
