are related to the laws usually cover
the aspects of codification, clarification,
exemplification and application of the laws. From there arise legal codes, explicit
and normative explanations of the laws, compilations of legal precedents and texts
related to legal proceedings and trials.
Analysis of legal texts is very important not only for effective and understandable
legal processes, but also for adequate translation of legal texts. The task of any
translator when translating texts is to convey the original
information in another
language in a clear and complete way, while preserving the content. This is
especially important in the process of translating legal texts. Because even the
smallest mistake or deficiency can lead to misunderstandings and disagreements in
the interpretation of legal documents. This, in turn, has a negative impact on legal
processes between citizens.
In
the first edition, the process of linguistic expertise, which is one of the legal
processes along with the relationship between language and law,
is introduced as
an example, and the place of this process, language in the legal field, what is
required in the
implementation of this process, and how much this process is
language and showing the relevance of the right is also mentioned.
To conclude from the above, the legal world and legal processes are very important
in every aspect of our life and it is an area that every person has to face. That is
why it is very important for every individual to know and be aware of this field.
For this reason, Chapter One mainly consists of general analysis of legal texts and
the history of their study, as well as information on the
relationship between the
legal world and language.
